- Remote Days: For deep focus, laundry breaks, and working in your favorite hoodie.
- Start your day anytime between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Just make sure you're around during our core hours (10 AM – 7 PM) for team syncs and spontaneous brilliance.
- Stay connected on Slack, Teams, or your carrier pigeon of choice
- Meeting rooms are for brainstorming, not napping (we know, tempting)
- We trust you to do your best work—wherever you are. Your manager will help set clear goals and check in regularly (not creepily)
